Community Content Guidelines
TheDrivers is a community network where content is created and shared by the Driver Community.
Through these communities, you can publish Driver posts, comment, discuss, support and connect with people who share your interests.
The Driver Community is designed to strengthen a sense of belonging and encourage interaction. The exchange on the Driver Community platform is based on respect, helpfulness and tolerance. Your privacy and the privacy of other users is highly valued, and we ask all Drivers to treat each other with respect and to protect and respect the privacy and safety of every individual.
Each community on TheDrivers is defined by its users. The culture of each community is shaped explicitly by the community rules, enforced by moderators, and influenced by discussions among members. Please follow the rules of each community and ensure that you behave respectfully, even in communities where you are not a member. Above all community rules are the platform rules of THEDRIVERS.APP, which apply to all Drivers and will be enforced if necessary.
The Drivers and the associated communities are what we create together, and they can only exist if we follow shared rules. We ask you not only to follow the wording of these rules, but also their intention.
Rules
Rule 1
Think about your behaviour. TheDrivers is a place to build communities and belonging, not to target or attack individuals or groups of people. Everyone has the right to use THEDRIVERS.APP free from harassment, bullying and threats of violence. Communities that promote violence or hatred based on identity or vulnerability will be removed.
Rule 2
Follow the rules of each community. Share authentic content that reflects your genuine interests. Do not deceive, manipulate content (including spamming, bypassing restrictions or subscriber fraud), or disrupt other Drivers in any way.
Rule 3
Respect the privacy of others. It is not permitted to harass someone, for example by sharing personal or confidential information. Never publish intimate or sexually explicit content, or threaten to do so. THEDRIVERS.APP prohibits any publication of sexual content or references to such material.
Rule 4
Do not publish sexual or offensive content involving minors, or encourage its publication. THEDRIVERS.APP strictly prohibits all sexual or suggestive content involving minors or individuals who appear to be minors. Depending on the context, this may also include depictions of minors who are fully clothed and not engaged in sexual activity. If you are unsure whether content involving a minor or someone who appears to be a minor is appropriate, do not publish it.
Rule 5
You are not required to use your real name to use THEDRIVERS.APP, but you must not impersonate another person or company, or mislead others in a fraudulent way. Using your real name is optional and simply helps your friends find you.
Rule 6
Help ensure that people have predictable and positive experiences on THEDRIVERS.APP by properly labelling content and communities and following the rules.
Rule 7
Follow all applicable laws and avoid publishing illegal content or enabling unlawful or prohibited transactions.
Rule 8
Do not damage the platform or interfere with its normal use. Do not disrupt the provision of the platform, introduce malicious code into TheDrivers, make it difficult for others to use THEDRIVERS.APP through your actions, create programmes that attempt to use our API without permission, or assist anyone in misusing THEDRIVERS.APP in any way.
Enforcement
We have a number of ways to enforce our rules:
- Politely asking you to stop
- Removal of privileges and restrictions on accounts
- Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts, including deletion
- Removal of content
- Ban of communities and deletion of them
- Legal action
